Heath Consulting & Enterprises Limited is the data controller and responsible for your personal data, referred to as "Heath Cottages", "we", "us" or "our" in this privacy notice.

 

Heath Cottages respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy notice will inform you as to how we look after your personal data.  We collect your name, telephone number, postcode and email address to facilitate your holiday let booking Heath Cottages.

 

Your email address is only used by Heath Cottages which is resident in the UK and is used on password-protected devices and a laptop protected by anti-virus software. Your personal data will be retained for 6 years to comply with accounting requirements for retention of sales data and will not be transferred outside the UK.  It is important that the personal data we hold about you is accurate and current. Please keep us informed if your personal data changes during your relationship with us.

  • The right to have confirmation of the personal data we hold on you and the right to have a copy of that personal data

We do not allow our third-party service providers to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions
