- Beautiful cottage, very quiet, great bed, cosy night’s sleep.
- The property was beautifully presented, clean and surprisingly spacious. Comfy beds, good shower and fully equipped with what you’d need but would forget to bring! Lovely to have the extra room in the cellar where the children slept and was like a den for them! Added bonus a nice big hot tub in the garden which I couldn’t get the kids out of! Had dinner in the Dirty Duck which accept dogs, great food too. Loads of local attractions with the Sunday market and fun fair made it a superb weekend. Will be back very soon.
- Great location, well equipped kitchen, comfortable sofas and beds, hot tub and clear shower instructions. Parking at nearby hotel saved a fortune.
- We had the most amazing time stay at this property. It was sparkling clean, had beautiful bedrooms and plenty of towels and toiletries. The kitchen was well stocked and there was lots of fridge and freezer space. The WiFi was reliable and the tv was great too. The hot tub was a highlight for us - it was the perfect temperature and super clean. All the little extras like spa slippers and towel animals made the property even more special. The property is very close to the town centre and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go easily. The parking space was convenient too. Hannah was so helpful and easy to get hold of. This was our first weekend away since before lockdown and we couldn't have felt more safe. Our stay was perfect in every way.
- Tastefully decorated, kitchen had all equipment needed, it was nice to have the log burner once the evenings got chilly.
- The location was ideal for the local amenities shops, pubs and of course the theatre and river. The hot tub at the property was wonderful.
- Really comfy beds and sofas and fantastic hot tub. The sky package and log burner were great too.

- Slice of heaven in Stratford-upon-Avon, with access to the town centre and main attractions just within minutes and accessible by foot. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and like many of the early century rooms, were a bit small and quaint. However, Hannah the owner knows how to keep her visitors happy and had everything we needed - we just gave up the thought of visiting the heated spa since the weather was near freezing!
- The location was amazing - just a 10 minute walk into the heart of Stratford, with all the shops, tourist attractions and restaurants. The property itself is great value - a homely little house with a small garden space and hot tub! We also appreciated the board games available and option of playing Netflix on the TV.
- The location is absolutely outstanding, it allows you to explore Stratford and the nearby countryside without using the car, then the house is perfect to relax and have a lovely family time, pretty much everything in the house is perfect... the hot tub, the dining room, the sitting room. Absolutely great property. Highly recommended.

- Lovely house. Comfortable and relaxing. Lovely garden with seats and bean bags plus hot tub. Close to town and the river. Nice pub across the road.
- Location was absolutely brilliant. Bed was super comfy. The property was in a great location easy walking distance into town. The facilities provided were great and looked like everything possible had been thought of. It was also great to have use of the hot tub. Would highly recommend.
- This was my second time visiting Heath Cottage, it's in a great location, lovely and clean and nicely decorated. It's a perfect getaway as a family or with friends.
- Fabulous place to stay. Few minutes walk from shops, restaurants and river. Fantastic selection of restaurants and bars. Heath cottage is fabulous has everything, quiet and modern in the perfect location. Loved the hot tub which was a bonus. Would definitely recommend and will return.

- Location was excellent, has a hot tub, beds were very comfortable, it has all facilities you need like dishwasher, tumbler drier etc.
- Everything about the cottage was lovely. Very cosy and homelike, lots of extras in the kitchen, and toiletries in the bathroom. Great TV package. Perfect location, just parked the cars and walked everywhere.
- Being able to walk into town was great and the cottage has a lovely cosy feel to it. Right on the edge of everything so can make your time as busy as you like or as quiet as you like.
- The whole stay was very welcoming and there was great communication with the owner. The Key was made available to us early due to no one staying the days prior. The house is a lovely mid terrace cottage, the rooms were set up exactly as we requested. My family made themselves comfy straight away, even finding access to Netflix on the TV. We also checked out the hot tub straight away which was clean and filled with fresh water. There was also a welcome pack which gave us local information about places to eat where to go and what the wifi password was. We enjoyed our stay following the historic sights during the day and then relaxing as a family in the evening.
- The location was excellent and a parking space a real perk. Excellent accommodation and a really good sized hot tub- definitely a bonus!
